Products
Before creating a Pricelist you need to create products.
The Products page has 3 tabs: Products, Collages and Packages. Any products you create are displayed here. You can reorder them, edit, duplicate or delete a product.
Select New Product button top right
After entering a name for your product, select a Product Type.

Print
Circular Print
Album
Each Product Type has slightly different options when you create the product.
Variants
There is no need to create a separate product for each size. Instead create a main product such as Fine Art Print and add all your sizes as variants. Do the same for Albums, Canvas, Digital files etc. This keeps your product more manageable.
Prints & Circular Prints
Product Type Prints have the option of Allowing Framing or not. If you don't offer framing then untick the Allow Framing box.
Or for example if you only sell Canvas without framing untick the Allow Framing box.
If you do allow framing for a product you will see the Add Framing option in the Room View and the Order Checkout.
Circular prints work the same way as normal prints except that the Width and Height will always be the same.
Digital Files
For Digital files specify the number and price per package.
You also have an option for All Digital Files.

Albums
When creating an album you can add as many albums under the main album product by adding the variants.
Specify width, height, price and optionally the exact number of images.
If you have specified the number of images, then when you select the images for the album in an order you need to select the exact number.
If you don't specify the number of images in the product, you can add as many images as you like to an album, as long as you have more than 2.
Packages
Move to the Package tab and create a New Package.
- Give it a name and assign a price.
- Select the individual Products to add to the package.
- If you selected a product with different size options, select the specific product variant.
- Select the quantity for each product
- The total value of the individual products will be displayed and the discount compared to the package price is calculated.
