This Privacy Policy explains how ips-session collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the service.

Welcome to ips-session. We operate the web application located at ipssession.com (the "Service").

Your privacy is important to us. Because our Service uses Google Login to authenticate users, this Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information in compliance with Google API Services User Data Policy and applicable Australian privacy standards.

1. Information We Collect

We do not collect any personal information unless you voluntarily choose to log in using your Google Account. When you authenticate via Google Login, Google shares the following basic information with us:

Email Address: Used as your unique user identity to create and manage your account.
Basic Profile Info: Such as your name and profile picture (if provided by your Google settings) to personalise your dashboard.
Billing details are handled directly via Stripe, we don't see or store your billing information.
Your studio name. When you setup a studio in ipssession.com, the ips-session Administrator can see the studio name and url slug.
Sign-in information. The ips-session administrator can see the last time you logged into the application.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected email address strictly for the following purposes:

To authenticate your identity and allow you to securely log into the Service.
To create, maintain, and administer your user account.
To send critical system notifications, security alerts, or support responses regarding your account.
To send notification about your account such as trial expiry or subscription expiring

We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your information is stored securely using industry-standard encryption techniques. We take reasonable steps to protect your data from unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure.

4. Third-Party Services

Our Service strictly uses Google OAuth for authentication. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We only keep your email data for as long as your account is active. You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data at any time.

To delete your account at any time and remove your email and data from our system you can contact us at the email below.
When your suibscription expires your data will be retained for 60 days. After 60 days your data will be automatically purged from the system, including any uploaded images and orders.
You can also revoke our access to your Google account at any time through your Google Security Settings.
