Selling prints, collages and packages

There are two ways of adding an image to an order.

1. Shopping cart

While reviewing an image use the shopping cart to add the current image to the order.

A window with the product catalogue will pop up.

Select your product. If a product has different variants you can select the correct one from the dropdown. Add to cart

2. Products

Some products can't be added via the shopping cart. e.g. Collages.

Go to the product catalogue via the Products Button

From the products catalogue you can add collages and packages or individual products.

Collages

From the collages menu you can select any collages you have already created for the client or select a template to create a new collage.

To create a collage simply select the aperture and then select the corresponding image for it or drag an image from the image bar into the placeholder. Repeat until the collage is ready and hit Save.

You can swap images in a collage from one placeholder to another by dragging it.

You can adjust the crop of any image in a placeholder by using the crop zoom slider.

Hint, you can only select images that are in the Yes folder. The collage will now show up as a saved collage at the top of the screen.

Edit: go back and re-edit the collage

Duplicate: duplicate a collage if you want to create a different version.

Add to Gallery: adds the collage as a new image to the Maybe folder where it can now be viewed full screen.

Add to order: The collage is added to the order. From the order you can still edit the collage if necessary. When the order is completed all images in the collage will be listed so you can keep track of the images.

Packages

Navigate to the packages catalogue to select a package.

Once you add a package to the order you will still need to assign the actual images for each product included in your package.

For each line item in a package hit the Assign button to select the images. Images must be in the Yes folder.
