How pricelists work

A pricelist is a collection of products. When you create a new client gallery you need to select the correct pricelist for that client e.g. Portrait or Wedding etc.
A pricelist can contain individual products and packages. Changes to a pricelist will affect all galleries using that pricelist, so review prices and availability before saving.

New or Rename Pricelist dialog

Select New pricelist to create one, or choose Rename for the selected list. Create as many pricelists as you need e.g. Portrait Pricelist, Wedding pricelist, Boudoir pricelist etc. 

Duplicate a pricelist

Duplicate immediately creates a separate copy of the selected pricelist, including products and packages. 

Products tab and Product dialog

Select Add Existing Products, then  add  from the dropdown list of available products.

Similarly, to add a Package to a pricelist select Add Existing Package.

When adding a package to a pricelist, the individual products are automatically added in the Products section of the pricelist

A product or package can be added to multiple pricelists.
