Placing an order
Review and finalise the order. Print or digitally sign the order.
Your Order
As you add products to the order Your Order will be updated automatically.
You can still edit products even after you add them to the order. If a client changes their mind about a print size there is no need to delete the print from the order. Instead you can edit the print size right here in the order.
If you have a collage and the client wants to change the images, again just keep it in the order and change images directly on the ordered item.
Crop
Optionally you can adjust the crop for an ordered print.
Use the slider to zoom in and pan to adjust the image position.
Switch from portrait to landscape crop.
Hit Approve Crop to save the crop. The correct crop will be shown in the order pdf for your post production.
Framing
If you have framing enabled for this product you can add the framing information and pricing by selecting the Framing button
Notes
Add any notes for each individual line item. (There is an additional Notes field at the bottom of the order for general notes)
Custom Line Item
If you need to add a Custom line item to adjust the order hit the + on the top right of the order.
You may add anything here, e.g. a shipping charge or a session credit etc. Once you save a line item it will appear at the bottom of Your Order. Any prices, positive or negative will be calculated as part of the total.
Discount
Once the total order is calculated you can still edit the total by adding a custom discount. Click on the Edit icon next to Total. We didn't label it discount so clients don't get their hopes up.
You can select a fixed negative amount or a % of the total order.
Record a payment or two
When the client makes a payment you can record the amount and payment method and calculate the remaining balance.
You can enter the payment manually or ask it to calculate a % e.g. 50% of the total order.
Payments and remaining balances are recorded on the final order.
You can add multiple payments.
Place your Order
When the order is complete you have 2 options Print and sign or Electronic signature
Print and Sign
If you select Print and sign you will be taken to the next page after selecting Place Order and a full screen of the order shows up for review with your client. If everything checks out, download the order summary. This will generate a pdf of the order. Save it in your client folder and print it if you require the client's signature and for their records.
There are two Download options:
Download Order: Generates a PDF of the order, including the T&C's and optional signature. No Image proofs.
Download Order +: Generates a PDF of the order, including the T&C's and optional signature AND the Image proofs.
(Download CSV: generates a CSV file of your order. We are not sure yet how we will use this in future)
Electronic signature
If you selected Electronic signature hand the keyboard over to your client and let them complete their name, email address and check that they agree to the T&C. Once all 3 fields are completed you can click on Place Order. An email will be sent immediately to your client and yourself with a signed pdf of the order.
Under the signature in the pdf you'll see a line similar to this: Signed: 2026-09-12T03:29:12.193Z
This is the ISO 8601 timestamp recording the exact signing time
- 2026-09-12 — 12 September 2026
- T — separates the date from the time
- 03:29:12 — 3:29:12 AM
- .193 — 193 milliseconds
- Z — the time is recorded in UTC
Image Proofs
The pages after the signature show proofs of all the images included in the order.
Included are the filename, size and the approved crop.
If you have a collage, the last line shows the position of each image in the collage
If you have a collage, the last line shows the position of each image in the collage
